Kate has the “best boobs in the world.” The Sun, in celebration of National Cleavage Day, held an online poll asking readers to pick their favorite celebrity chest from a list of 30 famous starlets. Upton not only won, she received a fifth of all the votes registered, beating out such luminaries as Katy Perry, Sofia Vergara, Jessica Simpson and Coco. The victory is even more remarkable in light of an interview Upton gave Esquire Magazine where she discussed being bullied for her flat chest.
